Description

Super-Flexi Gold Rotary Files for Advanced Endodontic Shaping

Super-Flexi Gold rotary files are engineered for clinicians who need exceptional flexibility, high fracture resistance, and predictable performance in curved or complex root canals. Made from heat-treated CM NiTi alloy, these files adapt naturally to the anatomical curvature of the canal, minimizing transportation and offering smoother, safer shaping.

Exceptional Flexibility and Fracture Resistance

The controlled-memory NiTi structure significantly enhances resistance to cyclic fatigue, reducing the risk of file separation—especially in narrow or highly curved canals. This makes Super-Flexi Gold an ideal daily rotary system for both single-length and crown-down techniques, providing consistent cutting efficiency with reduced stress on dentin.

Optimized Design for Safe and Efficient Preparation

Each file undergoes a patented thermal treatment that improves stability, flexibility, and tactile control. The file system offers a balanced cutting action, non-cutting safety tip, and smooth progression toward full working length. These design features support conservative shaping while preserving essential dentin structure.

Pre-Sterilized & Ready for Use

All Super-Flexi Gold rotary files are delivered pre-sterilized, packaged for clinical convenience, and ready for immediate use. With six files per pack and compatibility with standard endodontic motors (recommended 300–400 rpm and 2–3 N·cm torque), the system offers a reliable and efficient workflow for everyday practice.

Instructions

Super-Flexi Gold rotary files are designed for safe and efficient shaping of curved and complex canals. For optimal performance and longevity, follow the guidelines below.

1. Glide Path Preparation
• Establish a reproducible glide path using a #10 K-file or equivalent.
• Ensure patency and confirm working length before introducing rotary files.
• Avoid using the Super-Flexi Gold system without a secure and smooth glide path.

2. Shaping Sequence
• Begin shaping with the selected file size based on canal anatomy.
• Use gentle in-and-out motion, letting the file progress passively.
• Do NOT apply too much pressure; allow the file’s controlled memory alloy to follow canal curvature naturally.

Recommended motor settings:
• Speed: 300–400 rpm
• Torque: 2–3 N·cm

3. Irrigation Protocol
• Irrigate frequently using NaOCl, EDTA, or preferred solutions.
• Clean the flutes after each insertion using gauze soaked in alcohol or NaOCl.
• Maintain patency using a #10 K-file between rotary steps.

4. Technique Compatibility

Super-Flexi Gold files can be used in:
• Single-length technique
• Crown-down technique
• Hybrid preparation workflows

Their enhanced flexibility allows safe shaping in narrow and severely curved canals.

5. Safety Guidelines
• Do not force the file; withdraw immediately if resistance is felt.
• Avoid using the same file for multiple difficult canals.
• Inspect the file frequently for unwinding, shiny spots, or signs of fatigue.
• Replace immediately if deformation is observed.
• Use light touch and short engagement inside the canal.

6. Sterilization & Disposal
• All Super-Flexi Gold files are provided pre-sterilized and ready for use.
• Single-use recommended to ensure safety and optimal performance.
• Dispose of used files in designated sharps containers.
