Flexivo MH NiTi Rotary Files feature Controlled Memory (CM) technology for exceptional flexibility and reduced bounce-back. With a maximum flute diameter (MFD) of 1.0 mm, they support conservative canal shaping and improved clinical control.

Description

Flexivo MH rotary files are available in 21 mm, 25 mm, and 31 mm lengths and are designed for efficient canal shaping while preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible through a conservative approach. Each file features a maximum flute diameter (MFD) of 1.0 mm and undergoes heat treatment to enhance flexibility and resistance to cyclic fatigue. The specific heat treatment carried out on these files has produced a unique purple color on them.

For improved clinical precision, Flexivo MH Rotary files include calibration rings that assist in accurate working length determination during endodontic procedures.

Specific features:

  • Constant taper, two options for different needs, .04 and .06, for easy obturation.
  • 11 mm handle, increases posterior access for the operator.
  • Non-cutting tips, allows for a safe and smooth file penetration.
  • Purple heat-treated controlled memory NiTi
  • Extreme flexibility that sets it apart from all other brands.
  • Parabolic cross-section, incredibly increasing file cutting efficiency.
  • MH files can be closely adhered to the canal’s anatomy without straightening out, reducing the risk of ledging, transportation and perforation.

Instructions

Recommended Clinical Sequence for Flexivo MH Rotary Files

1. Establish a straight-line access to the canal openings.
2. Explore the canals with stainless steel hand instruments.
3. Employ a #17/04 file in a crown-down motion, interchanging with small-sized hand files if necessary, until reaching working length.
4. Afterward, passively use a #25/04 MH file to the working length; if it does not reach the working length, use a #20/04 shaping instrument to reach the working length.
5. If the #25/04 file reaches the working length with minimal resistance or if a larger apical shape is desired, additional instruments such as #30, #35, #40, etc., can be utilized.
6. Begin the obturation process with high-quality materials; NIC gutta-percha points are recommended because they are precise machine-made points that completely match the size of the final rotary file.
