Shipping Policy:
Orders will be handled to the carrier the next working day.
The default shipping method is USPS and shipping cost will be visible to you at the checkout.
Orders above $100 are free of shipping costs.
Regular Shipping times in the USA, takes between 5-8 days. Express shipping is also available in 2-5 days.

Return & Refund Policy:
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. If you’re not satisfied with products you purchased from us, We allow customers to apply for return, refund or exchange within 30 days after the receipt of the goods.
Our policy lasts 30 days (within 30 days from the date you’ve received all your items.). If 30 days have gone by since your receipt of the goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unused, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the products in the original status!
How to Return a Product
After receiving your package, if you have any problems with the product, if the product is damaged, you ordered wrong products or you are not satisfied with the product, you can always request a return.
If your return is due to a damaged product we will afford the shipping fee. Otherwise, Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee if there is no quality problem for our products. Please keep in mind the items you send us should be resalable.
Step 1:
Log into your account and request a return or contact us at info@flexivodental.com
Step 2:
Your prepaid return label will come into your email. Please print it and drop the labeled box off at a USPS location.
Step 3:
Once the returned item is received and inspected. We will refund you and we will send you an email with refund information.
If you just request a Return and Refund, we’ll refund within 1-3 working days, to your original payment account (debit/credit card).
Exchange Policy:
If you request an exchange, we’ll arrange the exchange within 3 working days. And inform you of the processing time via email.
Order Modification/Cancellation :
All orders will be sent out quickly after you order.
But we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes. If you want to modify/cancel your order, please contact customer service team within 24 hours after placing the order.
If more than 24 hours, shipping companies will not return the package.The order can’t be changed or cancel, you need to return the package back to us when you get it, after we receive it, we will refund the money within 1-3 working days.
